LTC Group endeavours to ensure the website's availability but cannot guarantee it and accepts no liability for interruptions or their consequences. Internet access costs remain the responsibility of the User.

These GTU are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution (contact : contact@ltcai.be), the courts of the judicial district of Hainaut shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
