Dedal IA
The nº 1 AI-powered app for architects in Belgium.
Dedal IA is our technological flagship. An application built from the ground up for architects' daily work: project management, site monitoring, safety checks, site visit reports, quotes, invoices, clients, reports, finances… everything lives in one smooth, modern interface designed for the field (iPad, iPhone, web).
This project was built in close collaboration with architecture studio STAMP — a human and invaluable partnership. We thank them warmly : their on-the-ground expertise shaped every screen of Dedal IA. Congratulations to the entire team at archistamp.com for this adventure.
Under the hood, AI is everywhere: automatic site report generation, detection of non-compliant safety points, intelligent document classification, assisted drafting of minutes, predictive financial tracking for the agency. that runs itself.
For a taxi & ride-hailing company in Belgium, we built the whole chain: the voice agent that picks up, the price quoted on the phone, automatic assignment to the right driver, the text messages to the customer and live tracking of the car.
The starting problem is the same for every operator: the phone rings while you are driving. At night, at the weekend, mid-journey — a missed call is a lost ride, and often a customer lost for good.
Today, an AI voice assistant answers 24/7, in French and in Dutch. It recognises the customer from their number, checks the addresses, quotes a firm price, books the ride — and the car sets off without anyone in the office lifting a finger.
What happens between the phone ringing and the car pulling away
The voice assistant. It never guesses a price: it asks the pricing engine live.
The ranking takes distance, fairness between drivers, the vehicle needed and each driver's schedule into account. With no answer, the ride moves to the next name — and if nobody takes it, the manager gets a text.
The dashboard. Rides, customers, calls, drivers, reports — and a log that keeps a record of every decision.
The customer is kept posted, on its own
Three text messages are enough to quieten the office phone. Every message sent is logged: if one fails to go out, the manager knows straight away instead of finding out from an unhappy customer.
The customer thread. The tracking link only shows where the car is during the ride.
The driver has everything in their pocket
An app that installs straight from the browser, with no app store involved. Each ride offer arrives with the price and the timing; one thumb is enough to accept. Customer records are filtered: a driver only sees what they need in order to drive.

And behind it all, everything that prevents nasty surprises
- No call is ever lost. A call that doesn't end in a booking lands in a “to call back” list, with an immediate alert if it's urgent.
- Advance bookings wake themselves up, at the right moment, without anyone having to think about it.
- The assistant is never lost for words. Even when an outside service goes down, it always has something to say to the customer.
- No made-up prices, ever: without a reliable rate card, the system declines to quote rather than improvise.
- An impossible ride is politely turned down — 17 passengers don't fit in a fleet of 8-seaters, and the system knows it.
- The platform keeps an eye on itself from the outside: at the slightest outage, the manager gets a text — and another one once everything is back to normal.
- Data kept separate and traceable: each screen only shows what the person's role allows, and every change leaves a trail.
- GDPR and AI Act compliant: callers are told they are speaking to an AI, and data is deleted on time.

A complete SaaS platform for clinical phytotherapy training — fully AI-powered.
Académie des Plantes (academiedesplantes.eu) is a SaaS training app that sells complete courses on clinical phytotherapy. This is not a simple e-learning website: it is a technically demanding product, built to scale.
The challenge? The project brings together dozens of modules that combine :
- AI-generated imagery (botanical plates, educational illustrations)
- AI video generation to explain complex concepts
- Document generation (plant sheets, protocols, downloadable PDFs)
- Interactive courses with quizzes, cards, progress tracking and certifications
All of this orchestrated by AI, throughout, in an ergonomic and accessible product. This project proves we are not a one-trick agency: LTC Group is highly versatile — we build complete SaaS products, integrate AI-powered multimedia generation, handle payments, roles, content, and exports. Custom-built, delivered without a hitch.
A furniture store
reinvented from scratch.
Complete overhaul of the POS software and all internal processes of a Belgian furniture store.
The client? A well-established furniture store that was still working with outdated tools, spreadsheets everywhere, and an ageing POS system. We proposed a radical overhaul — without touching what was working — and put the whole system back on solid footing :
- Modern POS software, intuitive, fast checkout
- Redesigned sales processes (quotes, deposits, delivery, after-sales service)
- Real-time stock management, low-stock alerts, multi-warehouse
- Supplier order workflow centralised and automated
The result: a team that finally spends its time selling and advising, not wrestling with its tools. Zero friction, zero data loss, zero checkout stress — even on sale days.

Sérénotaire
Complete overhaul of a notarial office and creation of a next-generation notarial software platform.
For a Belgian notarial office (which also prefers to remain anonymous), we rebuilt the entire IT infrastructure — workstations, network, backups, security, encryption — to the most exacting standards of the profession.
But above all, we developed a complete notarial software platform, natively connected to all the services a notary needs every day :
- Fednot network and all national notarial services
- Land registry (Cadastre) — property lookup and synchronisation
- eID — one-click identity verification of all parties
- BCE, Notarium, RNT — all official sources integrated
- Electronic signature & archiving with full legal probative value
This is our most complex project to date, given the extreme requirements around security, confidentiality, and compliance. Every line of code was written to protect professional secrecy and guarantee full traceability.
Today, we are rolling this solution out more broadly under the name Sérénotaire. Our mission : simplify notarial administration and finally offer a modern alternative to the legacy software of the sector — often outdated, poorly designed, and built for another era. Sérénotaire brings the usability of a 2026 app, the rigour of a digital vault, and the peace of mind that lets notaries focus on what they do best.
