N° 02 — The context & the challenge

A great team,
held back by broken tools.

An independent furniture store, with a physical shop, an e-commerce site and a storage warehouse. A tight-knit team, quality products — but a daily routine weighed down by outdated tools and processes that were holding back growth. The owner was spending more time firefighting than actually growing the business.

An ageing IT infrastructure

Slow computers, peripherals on their last legs, no consistency between the hardware in the shop and that in the warehouse. Every day started with "it's crawling" or "it's crashed".

Sales tracking by gut feeling, no analytics, order management scattered across Excel, paper and email. Worse: the website stock and the shop stock were never in sync — resulting in cancelled orders and disappointed customers.

A generic solution, poorly connected to stock, that forced sales staff through multiple manual steps for every transaction. Recurring till errors, poorly planned deliveries, and an owner constantly overwhelmed.

01 The core of the system

A custom Odoo: till, management & warehouse

A fully tailored Odoo solution built around their business. Three interfaces, one single database: an ergonomic till with live stock connection, a management dashboard for the owner (margins, sales performance), and a warehouse module for real-time stock movements and inventory. Rolled out smoothly over several days without disrupting daily operations.

Custom business AI agents

Several agents run day-to-day operations: real-time sales tracking with clear dashboards, automated order management (from customer click to delivery), shop ↔ website ↔ warehouse synchronisation, and optimised delivery scheduling. Each agent runs automatically or with human approval — the owner stays in control.

Complete IT infrastructure overhaul

Everything taken in hand: existing hardware updated, critical components replaced, new equipment sourced — all negotiated at the best market price. No more makeshift fixes, no more breakdowns mid-sale.

Training to full independence

Every employee trained individually until they were fully confident. When we left, everyone was self-sufficient. That's our goal on every project: we don't leave anyone dependent on us.
