IT security audit for SMEs in Belgium
You do not really know who has access to what, or if your passwords shared for years are still a good idea. We comb through your IT and give you a clear report, not illegible jargon.
“We are too small to interest anyone”: this is exactly the reasoning that automated attacks exploit. A password reused on several accounts, a former employee who still has access to email, an open Wi-Fi network for visitors without separation from the internal network — these flaws require no particular skill to exploit.
The problem, for most SME leaders, is not a lack of goodwill but a lack of visibility: without internal technical skills, it is impossible to know if the situation is under control or if it has been holding by luck for years.
LTC Group carries out a complete audit of your access, your network and your practices, in Belgium, on site or remotely. You leave with an honest assessment and a clear order of priority, without a promise of absolute security that does not exist.
What our audit
contains.
- Analysis of your network and the segmentation between guests and workstations.
- Review of active access: who can connect to what, and since when.
- Verification of password practices and shared accounts.
- Mapping of real flaws, classified by risk level.
- Written report in plain language, with prioritised recommendations.

Looking under the hood,
without disrupting your team.
We analyse the configuration of your network and your professional Wi-Fi access points, review the access logs to your main tools, and check the security settings already in place on your workstations and servers. This analysis is done mainly remotely, without interrupting your teams' work.
When a more thorough on-site verification is necessary, a visit to your premises completes the remote analysis to check the physical equipment and network access points.
The cost of an audit depends on the number of workstations, the complexity of your network and the number of applications to be reviewed. It is priced free of charge after the initial diagnosis.
A good starting point,
not a solution in itself.
- SMEs that have never had their IT security checked.
- Companies scaling up and wanting to secure their growth.
- Leaders who want an honest assessment before investing.
- Companies looking for continuous day-to-day monitoring.
- Organisations hoping for absolute and definitive protection.
- Businesses with no digital tools to protect.
Let us take a twenty-five-person SME that had never reviewed its access since its creation. The audit reveals several accounts of former employees still active and an administrator password shared by the whole team for years. After correction, access is individualised and unused accounts are deactivated, without daily operations being disrupted.
This example is illustrative. Our other achievements are presented on our projects page.
What we are asked
about the audit.
No, quite the contrary. The best time for an audit is precisely before an incident forces you to act urgently.
The list of identified flaws, classified according to their severity, and concrete recommendations for each, presented in a language that can be understood without technical training.
Not necessarily. You can take the report back to your own service provider, or entrust us with the implementation of the corrections, depending on what suits you.
No. Most of the analysis is done remotely and in the background. Any interviews with your employees are brief and planned in advance.
No, no one serious can promise that. The audit greatly reduces known flaws and gives you a clear vision of what remains to be monitored.
