IT managed services for SMEs in Belgium
An ageing IT park that no one monitors, licences that expire in indifference, an incident waiting for someone to handle it. We take over your entire IT on a daily basis, so you no longer have to think about it.
In an SME of ten to fifty people, no one has the exclusive task of monitoring the IT park. Security updates accumulate without being applied, a software licence continues to be paid for even though no one uses it anymore, and a workstation that slows down only becomes a problem the day it stops completely.
This stop-start management always ends up costing more than regular monitoring: a server that fails without a tested backup, a missed licence renewal that blocks business software in the middle of billing, an employee who loses an hour every week working around an unresolved problem.
LTC Group takes over the complete management of your IT park, from Thoricourt and everywhere in Belgium, on-site or remotely. We become the single point of contact who knows your machines, your software and your working habits, and who acts before the incident hits you.
What is covered by
your managed IT contract.
- Complete inventory and continuous monitoring of your workstations, servers, printers and network equipment.
- Regular application of updates and security patches across the entire park.
- A single point of contact to report an incident, without an anonymous ticket number.
- Tracking of your software licences and their renewal dates.
- A regular status report of your park, understandable even without technical vocabulary.
- On-site interventions anywhere in Belgium when a hardware failure requires it.
From the status report
to continuous management.
Free diagnosis
Thirty minutes to understand the size of your park, your current tools and the irritants you are already experiencing.
Costed proposal
We define the scope covered, the targeted service level and the price excl. VAT, without hidden commitments.
Takeover of the park
Detailed inventory, general update and opening of secure remote access. This usually takes one to two weeks depending on the size of your park.
Continuous monitoring
Incident management, preventive maintenance and regular reporting on the state of your IT.
Discreet tools,
not a visible overlay.
We rely on remote monitoring tools to check the state of your machines without needing to travel for every alert, coupled with centralised update management that applies security patches without interrupting your team during the day.
Automatic backups and secure remote access complete the setup: your data is protected and we can intervene quickly on a blocked workstation, wherever you are in Belgium.
Complete managed IT starts from €249 / month excl. VAT. The rate depends on the number of workstations covered, whether or not there are servers to manage, and the desired service level; it is costed for free after the diagnosis.
A formula that does not
suit everyone.
- SMEs of ten to fifty people without an internal IT team.
- Companies that want a single point of contact for their entire park.
- Directors tired of juggling multiple IT providers.
- Sole traders with a single computer and no other equipment to track.
- Companies that already have a complete internal IT department.
- Structures looking for a simple one-off repair without regular monitoring.
Take a firm of fifteen people, with no dedicated IT manager. Every workstation or licence problem escalated to the manager, who ended up calling a different freelancer depending on the current breakdown. By taking over the entire park under a single contract, inventory, updates and incident monitoring now go through a single number, and the manager is no longer personally involved in the day-to-day management of IT.
This example is illustrative. For a broader idea of our work, you can consult our projects, including Dedal IA for architects or Nota for notaries.
What we are asked
before signing a contract.
One-off support responds to a specific request, without regular monitoring. Managed IT covers your entire park continuously: updates, licences, incidents and prevention are handled over time.
No, but the benefit grows with the size of the park. For an isolated workstation, one-off support is often more appropriate than a complete contract.
Yes, entirely. We document every change and inform you before any modification that falls outside the framework agreed together.
Support hours are fixed together in the contract, according to your real needs. We prefer an honest commitment to a promise of permanent availability that we could not keep.
Yes. The exit conditions are written in black and white from the moment of signing, so that you always know what you are committing to.
