We use condition monitoring tools that send back concrete indicators on drive health and machine load, before the slowdown becomes visible to your teams. Centralized update management allows patches to be applied without interrupting ongoing work.
An up-to-date software inventory precisely lists each machine, its age, and its configuration, so that replacement decisions are based on facts rather than an impression.
Equipment maintenance starts at €249 / month excl. VAT, most often integrated into a broader support contract. The rate depends on the number of machines to monitor and their average age, and is quoted to you for free after the diagnosis.

about maintenance.
It depends on the age and size of your equipment. We define a realistic rhythm together during the diagnosis, rather than imposing a fixed schedule in advance.
You do, always. We point out the fragile machines and let you choose the time of replacement, according to your budget and your schedule.
Maintenance reduces the risk, it does not eliminate it entirely. In the event of a breakdown, since the computer is already known and inventoried, we intervene faster than on a machine that has never been tracked.
Most updates and checks are done remotely. A physical cleaning or part replacement, however, requires a visit to your premises.
We leave the final decision on the outgoing hardware to you: we only handle its replacement, not its resale or recycling.
