IT supervision and monitoring for SMEs in Belgium

A disk slowly filling up, a backup silently failing for weeks, a service stopping without anyone noticing: these signals go unnoticed until the day they block everything. We monitor your key systems continuously, to act before the breakdown.

Without active monitoring, an IT problem is only spotted when it actually blocks something: a full file server, an expired connection security element, a backup task failing silently every night for several weeks without anyone noticing.

By the time the incident becomes visible on your employees' screens, it is often too late to react calmly: the day is interrupted, and the real cause must be sought urgently, even though a signal had announced it long ago.

LTC Group sets up continuous monitoring of your servers and key systems in Belgium. An alert reaches us directly as soon as an indicator goes out of its normal range, before the problem results in a visible stoppage on your side.

What we do exactly

What our continuous supervision
covers.

  • Continuous supervision of your servers, critical workstations and main network links.
  • Automatic alerts in case of anomaly: disk space, expired security element, interrupted service.
  • Regular verification that your backups have actually run, not just launched.
  • Clear dashboard on the actual state of your infrastructure, without unnecessary jargon.
  • Periodic report summarising the anomalies detected and resolved before they got worse.
How it happens

From identifying key systems
to continuous monitoring.

01

Free assessment

Thirty minutes to identify the servers and systems where a breakdown would have the most impact on your business.

03

Probe deployment

Installing the monitoring on your key systems, generally without interrupting your business.

04

Continuous follow-up

Handling alerts as they appear and adjusting thresholds when your infrastructure evolves.

Technologies

A signal before the breakdown,
not an alarm after the fact.

Monitoring probes are installed on your servers and key systems to continuously track concrete indicators: available disk space, processor load, validity of your connection security elements, effective execution of scheduled backups.

These metrics feed a centralised dashboard that we consult and monitor for you, so that an anomaly triggers an alert directly to us rather than a simple notification lost in a mailbox that nobody reads.

How much does it cost?

Our supervision starts from €249 / month excl. VAT. The exact rate depends on the number of monitored systems and the desired response level in case of an alert, quoted free of charge after the assessment.

For whom, for whom not

Useful as soon as a breakdown
would cost your business dearly.

For whom
  • SMEs with one or more servers on which their daily activity depends.
  • Companies that have already faced a breakdown discovered too late.
  • Organisations that want to verify that their backups actually run.
For whom it's not
  • Organisations with no server or critical system to monitor.
  • Those looking for immediate intervention without prior supervision.
  • Companies that already have full and tracked internal supervision.
A typical example

Take an SME of twenty-five people whose file server had been gradually filling up for months, without anyone monitoring the available space. After setting an alert on this specific threshold, the space is freed up before the server completely fills up, without interrupting the team's work.

This example is illustrative. Other achievements can be viewed on the LTC Group projects page.

Frequently asked questions

What we are asked
about supervision.

No, it complements it. Supervision detects the signal before the breakdown; managed services handle the entire fleet daily, including incidents.

That is precisely the objective: the alert thresholds are set to signal an anomaly in the making, before it causes a complete stoppage.

No. The monitoring probes consume very few resources and do not interfere with the normal operation of your systems.

The technical indicators defined together during the assessment: disk space, load, connection security elements, backup execution. Never the content of your files or communications.

Supervision primarily targets your servers and critical systems. Extension to individual workstations remains possible, but it is not systematic.
