Access management, MFA and SSO for SMEs in Belgium

An identical password across five tools, a former employee who still has access to email, a sticky note on the screen: access management is often the weakest point and the simplest to fix. We implement multi-factor authentication and single sign-on for your tools.

Between email, invoicing software, project management tools, and file sharing, every employee accumulates login details. To cope, many reuse the same password everywhere, or keep it on a sticky note in plain sight, which defeats the very purpose of a password.

The real danger appears when an employee leaves: if no one remembers to revoke their access, this person sometimes retains the ability to log into your tools months after their departure, without you even knowing.

LTC Group implements multi-factor authentication on your sensitive access points and single sign-on between your compatible tools, to reduce the number of passwords to remember without weakening the security of your accounts.

What we do exactly

What our intervention
covers.

  • Inventory of active accounts and access on your main tools.
  • Implementation of multi-factor authentication on the most sensitive access points.
  • Single sign-on between your compatible tools, to limit the number of passwords to remember.
  • Immediate access revocation procedure when an employee leaves.
  • Clear documentation of who has access to what, available at any time.
How it works

From access mapping
to the switchover on your tools.

01

Free assessment

Thirty minutes to list your main tools and how your teams currently connect to them.

03

MFA & SSO switchover

Progressive activation, usually on an evening or weekend to limit disruption for your teams.

04

Follow-up

Updating access upon each arrival or departure, and periodic verification of active accounts.

Technologies

An extra code,
not an extra password.

Multi-factor authentication adds a second verification, via an app or a temporary code, so that a stolen password alone is no longer enough to access your tools. Single sign-on then connects your different services to a single entry point, so each employee only has one login to remember instead of five.

For SMEs already equipped with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, we activate this multi-factor authentication and single sign-on directly from these platforms, without any additional tools for your teams to manage.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on the number of accounts and tools to cover, and the complexity of the connections to link together. It is specified to you for free once the assessment is completed.

For whom, for whom not

Useful as soon as multiple
tools and people intersect.

For whom
  • SMEs using multiple online tools with several users.
  • Businesses that have already experienced an employee departure without access revocation.
  • Teams tired of remembering too many different passwords.
For whom it is not
  • A sole trader with a single professional account to manage.
  • Businesses with no tools requiring an online connection.
  • Those looking to remove all authentication to go faster.
A typical example

Let's take an SME of thirty people where an employee who left six months ago still kept active access to the shared email, without anyone noticing. After implementing a systematic revocation procedure and multi-factor authentication, every departure now triggers the immediate closure of the relevant access points.

This example is illustrative. LTC Group details other achievements on its projects page.

Frequently asked questions

What we are asked
about multi-factor authentication.

It adds a quick step, often a validation on the phone, and then the session remains open for several days depending on the tool. It becomes a habit after a few logins.

A recovery procedure is set up from the start, to restore access quickly without waiting to find the lost device.

Only with compatible tools. During the assessment, we check which of your software can be linked, and keep the others on standard reinforced authentication.

The switchover itself usually takes an evening or a weekend. However, the preliminary inventory of accounts takes more time depending on their number.

The revocation procedure we put in place ensures an immediate cutoff of all access as soon as you notify us.

Do you know who still has access to your tools?
