API integrations for SMEs in Belgium
Connection of your software that don't talk to each other, so that information entered once automatically flows to the right tools, without export or copy-paste.
Software that works well,
but never together.
Your company probably uses five or six different software: billing, inventory management, messaging, appointment booking, accounting. Each works well on its own, but none communicates with the others. The same information changes name, format, or value depending on the screen where it is viewed.
When a client changes their address in one tool, no one thinks to update it elsewhere. An online order must be retyped in the preparation or delivery software. These re-entries add no value and end up costing more, in errors and lost hours, than the connection itself.
The problem n'est presque jamais le choix de vos logiciels, mais l'absence de pont entre eux. La plupart des outils professionnels proposent une interface technique pour échanger des données : il reste à la construire, à la sécuriser et à la faire vivre dans le temps.
What an
API integration covers.
- Analysis of existing software and the technical interfaces they offer
- Mapping of the information to circulate between your tools
- Development of bespoke connectors, via API or webhook
- Secure management of accesses and authentication keys
- Monitoring of exchanges with an alert in case of transfer failure
- Functional documentation handed over to your team
From manual re-entry
to automatic exchange.
Free assessment
Thirty minutes to inventory your current software and the re-entry tasks that weigh most heavily on your team.
Costed proposal
Scope of the connectors to build, chosen technical approach, realistic timeframe, and detailed price excl. VAT.
Construction & tests
Development of the connectors, testing on real data, and verification of error cases before go-live.
Tracking
Monitoring of the active flows and addition of a new connector if you integrate an additional software.
Your current software,
finally linked together.
We build your connectors based on the technical interfaces already offered by your software, without touching their internal workings. The exchanges are orchestrated by automation tools that we host ourselves on OVHcloud servers located in Europe, which allows us to monitor each flow and intervene quickly in the event of an incident.
When a summary or synthesis needs to be written from the exchanged data, we can call models like GPT, Claude, or Mistral via API to produce an initial version, always reviewed before sending.
The price depends on the number of software to connect, the complexity of their technical interfaces, and the required frequency of exchange. The free assessment leads to a detailed costing, with no surprises.

API & Integrations
Companies that already use several professional software and whose teams waste time re-entering the same information from one screen to another.
If you run your business on a single software, there is nothing to connect for the moment.
An example
of connected worlds.
Among our projects is a furniture store whose physical shop, e-commerce site, and warehouse ran on three separate systems. We connected these worlds via automatic exchanges, so that a sale in the shop updates the stock visible online without manual intervention.
The details of this project are presented in our furniture store case study, an illustrative example built from our real missions.
What we are asked
about API integrations.
Yes. Authentication keys are stored encrypted and are never shared beyond what is strictly necessary to run the connector.
Some older tools offer no exchange interface. We then investigate a workaround during the assessment, or we honestly tell you that the connection is not feasible as is.
It's possible if the publisher changes their interface without notice. We monitor the flows to quickly detect a failure and fix the affected connector.
It depends on the complexity of the interfaces involved. A simple connection takes a few days, a richer exchange requires more testing before go-live.
Yes, entirely. The connectors simply circulate your data between your own software, without transferring it to a third party.

your missing connections.
