Automated reporting pour PME en Belgique

Automatic generation and sending of your activity reports, so your team stops copying figures into a document every week or month.

The problem

The same report,
redone by hand every month.

In many SMEs, a person spends several hours each week or month preparing the same document: sales figures copied from the CRM, expenses extracted from accounting, formatting in a spreadsheet or presentation before sending it to management.

There is nothing analytical about this work. It's a mechanical data collection and formatting task that takes time away from missions where this person would add much more value. And despite the care taken, a badly copied cell or shifted column happens regularly.

The result often arrives late, sometimes incomplete, and the version everyone looks at is not always the most recent. Deciding on this basis means deciding with a lag on the reality of your business.

What we do exactly

What
automated reporting covers.

  • Identification of useful reports, their recipients, and their frequency
  • Design of a clear model, readable by both management and the field
  • Automatic extraction of figures from your source software
  • Scheduled generation of the report, in PDF, Excel, or web page format
  • Automatic sending to the right people, at the chosen frequency
  • Dedicated alert if an indicator falls outside its usual range
How it works

From manual compilation
to the report that sends itself.

01

Free assessment

Thirty minutes to identify the most time-consuming report and the data sources it uses.

03

Construction & tests

Implementation of extraction and formatting, verification of figures over several cycles.

04

Tracking

Adjustment of tracked indicators and addition of new recipients according to your needs.

Technologies

A report that is prepared
without human intervention.

Collection and formatting rely on automation workflows that we host ourselves on OVHcloud servers located in Europe. They fetch the figures directly from your source software, compose the document, and send it at the scheduled time, without anyone having to touch it.

When the report benefits from being accompanied by a short summary in plain language, we can call models like GPT, Claude, or Mistral via API to write it, always reviewed before its final sending.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on the number of sources to connect, the complexity of the desired report model, and the sending frequency. The free assessment allows us to establish a complete costing before any commitment.

Who it's for, who it's not for

Is this the right step
for your team?

Automated reporting

Who it's for

Companies where a person spends several regular hours compiling the same report from multiple software.

Who it's not for

If you only track one or two figures occasionally, a simple table is enough without needing to automate anything.

Proof

An example
of a report that generates itself.

Among our projects is Dedal IA, the application developed for Belgian architects, which automatically assembles site reports from observations taken in the field rather than leaving them to be written by hand at the end of the day.

The principle applied to activity reporting is the same: gathering scattered information into a ready-to-read document, without manual intervention through a spreadsheet.

Frequently asked questions

What we are asked
about automated reporting.

Yes. The automated report never prevents you from consulting the raw data in your source software to verify an unexpected figure.

We adapt the extraction to the new software. It is an adjustment of the affected connector, not a complete rebuild of the report.

According to your habits: a ready-to-print PDF document, an Excel file that is still editable, or a page directly accessible online.

Yes. A team leader and management do not necessarily need the same level of detail in the same document.
